Definition
INT NET_SendRN ( <WORD connection> , <STRING message> )
Same as NET_Send() except there is added \r\n at the end of the message. The connection's separator is not added to the end.
Also called NET_MessageRN().
Parameters

INT : The size of the successfully sent message. With the added \r\n.
